Overview
This Refund and Fulfillment Policy applies to classes, workshops, open studio time, private events, gift passes, and other studio services purchased from HUMBLE TIGER LLC.
We reserve seats, instructors, materials, and studio time in advance. These rules help keep refunds fair to students and sustainable for the studio.
How Services Are Fulfilled
Most services are fulfilled in person at 1331 Holmes Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, unless we confirm another location in writing. Digital receipts, confirmations, class details, and support messages may be sent by email.
We do not ship physical goods as part of standard class enrollment. If a future purchase includes shipped goods, the applicable shipping details will be shown before purchase or confirmed in writing.
Student Cancellations
- 7 or more days before the first session: full refund to the original payment method or full studio credit.
- 48 hours to 6 days before the first session: studio credit or one reschedule when seats are available. Materials or private-event preparation costs may be deducted if already committed.
- Less than 48 hours before the first session: no guaranteed refund, because the seat, instructor, and materials have already been reserved. We may offer credit at our discretion for emergencies.
- After a course begins: missed sessions are not automatically refundable. Contact us and we will review available makeup, credit, or reschedule options.
Studio Cancellations
If we cancel a class, workshop, or event, we will offer a reschedule, studio credit, or refund. If a class is postponed due to weather, instructor illness, facility issues, emergency, or low enrollment, we will contact registered students with available options.
Private Events and Group Bookings
Private events, group bookings, parties, and custom workshops may require a deposit or full payment to reserve a date. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may forfeit deposits or preparation costs.
Gift Passes and Studio Credit
Gift passes and studio credits are redeemable for eligible studio services. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Expiration dates, if any, will be disclosed at purchase or issue.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on banks and payment networks and may take several business days after we approve the refund.
Refunds may exclude non-refundable third-party fees, committed material costs, or custom preparation costs when disclosed or allowed by law.
Billing Questions and Disputes
If you have a billing issue, duplicate charge, cancellation question, or refund request, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Please include your name, email, class or purchase details, and the date of the charge.
