Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use humblearttigers.com, contact HUMBLE TIGER LLC, reserve a seat, purchase a class or pass, attend a class, or participate in an event with us.
By using the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or attend classes. If you enroll another person, including a child or teen, you confirm that you have authority to agree on that person's behalf.
What We Provide
Humble Tiger provides in-person art classes, workshops, open studio time, private events, gift passes, and related studio services. Class descriptions, schedules, prices, included materials, and availability may change over time.
Unless we clearly say otherwise, services are fulfilled in person at our studio or at another location we confirm with you in writing. We do not ship physical goods as part of ordinary class enrollment.
Reservations and Enrollment
Submitting the contact or reservation form does not guarantee a seat. A seat is confirmed only after we contact you, confirm availability, and complete any required payment or registration step.
You agree to provide accurate contact, enrollment, billing, and safety information. If information changes, please contact us promptly so we can update your reservation.
Payments, Pricing, and Receipts
Prices are shown on the website or confirmed directly before payment. The price that applies is the price in effect when your seat, workshop, private event, membership, or gift pass is confirmed.
Online payments, when available, are processed by a third-party payment provider. You must provide a valid payment method and authorize us and our payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout or in the payment request. We may collect taxes, processing-related charges, or other fees when required or disclosed.
Receipts and purchase confirmations may be sent electronically to the email address you provide.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Fulfillment
Our current refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund and Fulfillment Policy, which is part of these Terms.
If we cancel a class or cannot provide the service you purchased, we will offer a refund, credit, or reschedule option as described in that policy. If you miss a class or cancel late, available options may be limited because seats, instructors, and materials are reserved in advance.
Studio Conduct
We want the studio to be welcoming, practical, and safe. Students and guests must treat others respectfully, follow instructor guidance, use tools and materials responsibly, and avoid behavior that disrupts class or creates safety risks.
We may refuse service, remove a participant, or cancel a reservation if someone behaves abusively, threatens others, damages property, ignores safety instructions, appears impaired, or violates these Terms.
Tools, Materials, and Assumption of Risk
Art-making can involve sharp tools, pigments, solvents, glazes, dust, hot equipment, kilns, wet floors, heavy objects, and other ordinary studio risks. You agree to participate voluntarily, follow safety directions, and tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or health conditions that may affect participation.
We may modify projects, restrict equipment use, require protective gear, or decline participation when needed for safety.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must enroll any participant under 18. The guardian is responsible for providing accurate age, pickup, emergency, allergy, medical, and permission information.
For youth classes, we may require a guardian to remain reachable, sign additional forms, or follow specific pickup and drop-off instructions.
Photos, Artwork, and Student Work
Your artwork belongs to you. We may ask permission before using identifiable photos of you, your child, or your finished work in public marketing. You can decline or withdraw that permission by contacting us.
If you voluntarily share artwork, photos, reviews, or feedback with us, you allow us to use that material to operate and promote the studio, unless you ask us not to.
Website Use and Prohibited Activity
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, contacting, or purchasing from Humble Tiger. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at unreasonable volume, upload malicious code, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or use the site for fraud or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
The website, text, layout, logo, photographs, graphics, class descriptions, and other studio materials are owned by Humble Tiger or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or reuse them except for personal reference or as allowed by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains website cookies and similar technologies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and studio services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do our best to keep information accurate and classes running as scheduled, but we do not promise that the website will be error-free or that a class will meet every expectation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Humble Tiger is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchased class or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that class or service, except where the law does not allow that limit.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, emergencies, illness, power outages, government actions, supply interruptions, or facility issues.
Your Responsibility for Claims
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses that arise from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's rights, or unsafe or unlawful conduct in the studio.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and give both sides a reasonable chance to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
